MyFamily.com, Inc. Names Mike Dodd as Vice President of Business Development And Sales

PROVO, Utah, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- MyFamily.com, Inc., the leading network for connecting families and generations on the Web, today announced that Mike Dodd will resign his position as a member of the board of directors to join the company as Vice President of Business Development and Sales. In his new role, Dodd will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships, distribution relationships and developing new markets for MyFamily.com, Inc.'s services. He will also lead efforts to expand the Company's ad sales team, offering and revenue.

Dodd brings a wealth of experience with him, most recently serving as Senior Partner for Europatweb, a European/US venture capital group where he focused on Internet and software investments. Prior to that he was a technology investment banker at Robertson Stephens where he focused on taking companies public, raising private equity and debt, and doing M&A for a number of leading tech companies including eBay, Priceline, Excite, Internet Security Systems, RealNetworks, AMCC, and others. In addition, Dodd was an early executive at idealab's Peoplelink where he oversaw product development and management, and business development. He began his career on Wall Street at Salomon Smith Barney doing real estate and technology investment banking. Dodd received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University in finance and art history and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
